It is an international machining tool, which is equipped with automatic tool change-over, 3 axes, 4 axes linkage control system. After filled in firstly, it can make milling, drilling, reaming, tapping and many different kinds of machining for the four sides of workpiece automatically. The machine is applied to process workpiece with complicate surface and hole. It has the following virtues: saving tool set-up, shortening produce time, improving machining accuracy. It is the ideal machining tool for auto manufacture, engineering manufacture, spaceflight & aviation, electron industry, ordnance industry and so on. ·T-mode distribution, traveling column, hard rigidity ·Ample motor driving and torque ·1º×360 rotary table, rat-tooth disk fixation, fixing position with high accuracy ·CNC swivel table can calibrate continuously and use INA annular ball bearing imported from Germany to keep good transmission, stability, DRO inspection with high accuracy and high position accuracy. ·3-direction feed driving uses huge principal AC servo motor with wide speed regulation to connect with ball screw directly. Junction box uses blind junction box imported from Italy. On the one hand, it can keep transmission without gap. On the other hand, it has good rigidity and cushioning ability to improve moving rigidity of transmission system to realize fast moving speed of 15m/min. ·Tool-changer use Taiwan tool magazine with jaw mechanical arm, which has the virtues of good stability and short tool-change time. ·The machine slide uses design principle of wide content and slim direction. The hardness of quenched dressing slide can reach HR52. The attached surface plastic of slide uses interval & centralized lubrication. Thus, the machine moves smoothly and can keep good accuracy. ·Fair price and good performance. Delivery accuracy is 30% above the national standard. It is belong to precision CNC machining center. ·The whole machine uses three-dimensional design.
