據(jù)遼寧日報報道，今年上半年，遼寧省評出的百個智能制造及智能服務試點示范項目已完成投資136.1億元。其中中科院沈陽自動化所、沈陽高精數(shù)控、大連佳峰自動化等單位承擔的9個項目完成建設及調(diào)試。東軟醫(yī)療、瓦軸等6個國家級智能制造示范項目進入公示。

智能制造與智能服務是制造業(yè)企業(yè)的發(fā)展方向，對于企業(yè)轉型升級、搶占未來競爭制高點意義重大。為了進一步推動企業(yè)主動改造升級，加快推進制造強省建設步伐，今年4月，遼寧省確定了2018年重點推進的100個智能制造及智能服務試點示范項目。

自試點示范項目確定之后，遼寧省立即組織4個調(diào)研組赴各市詳細了解項目建設進展情況，協(xié)調(diào)解決相關問題。為解決企業(yè)在項目建設中遇到的資金問題，省智能制造協(xié)作聯(lián)盟邀請金融機構赴沈陽、撫順、丹東、營口、阜新、朝陽等市的52個企業(yè)，一對一地為企業(yè)提供金融服務。

同時積極為企業(yè)申請國家支持，開展2018年智能制造綜合標準化與新模式推薦工作。組織有關行業(yè)處室的工作人員和技術專家對24個重點項目進行現(xiàn)場咨詢診斷，優(yōu)選項目向國家推薦。目前向國家工信部推薦的28個智能制造綜合標準化與新模式項目中已經(jīng)有6個項目進入公示階段。其中，由中科院沈陽自動化所承擔的“新能源汽車動力電池系統(tǒng)智能制造數(shù)字化車間綜合標準化與試驗驗證系統(tǒng)”和“飛機結構件智能制造新模式應用”項目順利通過國家專家組的評審，為相關行業(yè)實施智能制造提供了參考模型。
