前不久，中國(guó)新一代人工智能發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究院發(fā)布了“中國(guó)智能產(chǎn)業(yè)區(qū)域競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力指數(shù)排名”，京津冀地區(qū)位列首位，天津在各省市區(qū)中排名第九。
自今年5月以來(lái)，為加速智能產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展，天津出臺(tái)了一系列新的政策和措施，全市刮起了一場(chǎng)人工智能產(chǎn)業(yè)風(fēng)暴。天津，這座傳統(tǒng)的工業(yè)大城也開(kāi)始了向“智港城市”的華麗變身。

今年5月，天津市出臺(tái)實(shí)施了《天津市關(guān)于加快推進(jìn)智能科技產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的若干政策》。該政策聚焦智能終端、智能化改造、智能化應(yīng)用等三大領(lǐng)域，重點(diǎn)加強(qiáng)對(duì)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、云計(jì)算、大數(shù)據(jù)、軟件開(kāi)發(fā)等“軟產(chǎn)業(yè)”的支持。
“這項(xiàng)政策把‘大數(shù)據(jù)’單列出來(lái)，在大數(shù)據(jù)企業(yè)的引進(jìn)、培育、創(chuàng)新鼓勵(lì)上都有優(yōu)惠。比如‘對(duì)大數(shù)據(jù)核心產(chǎn)業(yè)的重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目，給予不超過(guò)實(shí)際投資額20%、最高不超過(guò)500萬(wàn)元資金支持。’對(duì)獲批國(guó)家大數(shù)據(jù)試點(diǎn)示范項(xiàng)目的企業(yè)給予最高不超過(guò)500萬(wàn)元獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)。”天津市科委負(fù)責(zé)人對(duì)科技日?qǐng)?bào)記者說(shuō)。
