重慶日報：黨的十九大的一個重大歷史貢獻就是提出了習近平新時代中國特色社會主義思想。永川在學習貫徹過程中，有哪些心得體會，開展了哪些貫徹落實的工作舉措？

多管齊下提質(zhì)發(fā)展 增強城市活力
重慶日報：黨的十九大報告提出，我國經(jīng)濟已由高速增長階段轉向高質(zhì)量發(fā)展階段。“興業(yè)興城、強區(qū)富民”離不開高質(zhì)量發(fā)展。永川如何尋求高質(zhì)量發(fā)展、增強發(fā)展活力和動力？
滕宏偉：永川是成渝經(jīng)濟區(qū)的節(jié)點城市，是聯(lián)動成渝城市群發(fā)展的重要區(qū)域，當前，長城、慶鈴、東鵬、利勃海爾等重大項目、高質(zhì)量項目的相繼落地，將為再造一個“永川工業(yè)”奠定堅實基礎。智能裝備、汽車及零部件、電子信息、特色輕工、能源及新材料五大重點工業(yè)集群增加值增長14％，占規(guī)上工業(yè)增加值70％，園區(qū)集中度達到80％。

此外，供給側結構性改革扎實推進，永川關閉了煤炭企業(yè)51家，鋼鐵企業(yè)10家，磚瓦企業(yè)56家，關停的企業(yè)個數(shù)和退出的產(chǎn)能均占全市的1／3。農(nóng)村改革、醫(yī)藥衛(wèi)生體制改革、行政體制改革、PPP投融資體制改革等重點領域和關鍵環(huán)節(jié)改革持續(xù)釋放制度紅利。職教人才集聚、服務業(yè)繁榮發(fā)展、經(jīng)濟發(fā)展迅速，永川城市的活力越來越強。
