記者從紹興市柯橋區(qū)經(jīng)信局獲悉，2017年柯橋區(qū)有9只項(xiàng)目列入省技改重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃，107只項(xiàng)目列入市“機(jī)器換人”技改重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃。通過(guò)加大技改投入，推動(dòng)了產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整和優(yōu)化升級(jí)，智能制造水平和畝均效益也得到彰顯。
在浙江精功精密制造有限公司，年產(chǎn)25萬(wàn)臺(tái)機(jī)柜的智能化生產(chǎn)線一期最近剛剛投產(chǎn)，在廠區(qū)內(nèi)的機(jī)柜自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn)線上，10多臺(tái)機(jī)械臂一刻不停地忙碌著，精準(zhǔn)安裝每一個(gè)零部件，這條生產(chǎn)線集信息化、數(shù)字化、智能化和自動(dòng)化為一體，技術(shù)處于國(guó)內(nèi)領(lǐng)先，可年產(chǎn)25萬(wàn)臺(tái)機(jī)柜。機(jī)器換人使原先需要2000多人才能完成的工作量，目前只需要100多個(gè)工作人員，減少了近95%的勞動(dòng)力。

在位于濱海工業(yè)區(qū)的浙江天圣化纖有限公司內(nèi)，“機(jī)器換人”的技術(shù)改造也正在如火如荼地進(jìn)行。生產(chǎn)線上一錠錠潔白的絲餅被自動(dòng)落筒機(jī)準(zhǔn)確無(wú)誤地放置到筒架上。在包裝車間里，也基本實(shí)現(xiàn)了機(jī)器換人，機(jī)械臂將100公斤的絲餅?zāi)闷鸱湃雮魉蛶Вb全部自動(dòng)處理，一天可以完成15萬(wàn)個(gè)絲餅的包裝。

在浙江梅輪電梯股份有限公司二期項(xiàng)目的數(shù)字化電梯生產(chǎn)車間內(nèi)，一只只機(jī)械臂忙碌著，工人只要輕按按鈕，產(chǎn)品就源源不斷地從生產(chǎn)線上生產(chǎn)出來(lái)，產(chǎn)品主要有自動(dòng)扶梯系列、自動(dòng)人行道系列、客梯、貨梯及主要電梯配件等，目前該生產(chǎn)車間的全自動(dòng)化程度達(dá)到60%。
為鼓勵(lì)企業(yè)加快機(jī)器換人步伐，我區(qū)加大政策獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)扶持力度，2017年，全區(qū)兌現(xiàn)印染集聚項(xiàng)目設(shè)備投入補(bǔ)助4835.39萬(wàn)元，其它項(xiàng)目設(shè)備投入補(bǔ)助1288.4萬(wàn)元，另外包括創(chuàng)新發(fā)展、信息化、綠色制造等資金近1000萬(wàn)元。
