企業(yè)推進(jìn)智能制造,開(kāi)展大數(shù)據(jù)治理,是自己開(kāi)發(fā)還是找第三方,基本是所有領(lǐng)航班企業(yè)關(guān)心的問(wèn)題。清華大學(xué)3D創(chuàng)新技術(shù)研究所所長(zhǎng)黃雙喜于課間沙龍中表示,在幫助企業(yè)把各種類型的數(shù)據(jù)存起來(lái)的過(guò)程中發(fā)現(xiàn),僅是存儲(chǔ),都特別難。他認(rèn)為,未來(lái)可能有專業(yè)的第三方大數(shù)據(jù)公司,但目前國(guó)內(nèi)還沒(méi)看到。河鋼集團(tuán)專家賈永坡也分享了企業(yè)自主嘗試大數(shù)據(jù)研究,開(kāi)發(fā)全過(guò)程質(zhì)量系統(tǒng)、設(shè)備智能診斷系統(tǒng)等相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn); SAP 物聯(lián)網(wǎng)事業(yè)部數(shù)字化制造研發(fā)總監(jiān)劉仲文在交流中也表示 “企業(yè)做智能制造,關(guān)鍵還是看你想實(shí)現(xiàn)什么目標(biāo),可以根據(jù)自身情況和實(shí)力,分階段腳踏實(shí)一步一步來(lái),畢竟軟硬件升級(jí)都需要投入成本。”北京大學(xué)工業(yè)工程與管理系教授謝廣明認(rèn)為,在這個(gè)問(wèn)題上,高??蒲许?xiàng)目與企業(yè)實(shí)際需求的配合還有很大提升空間。
