占地近百畝的超大型精紡車間內(nèi)，一臺(tái)臺(tái)長(zhǎng)龍般的織機(jī)高速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，無(wú)人值守的通道間，自動(dòng)清掃機(jī)讓棉絮難見蹤影。“有了自動(dòng)化紡織設(shè)備和智能流程管控，我們實(shí)現(xiàn)了萬(wàn)錠用工25人的水平，用工量降低了85%以上。”在南紡集團(tuán)20萬(wàn)錠高檔新型紡紗生產(chǎn)基地，副總工程師李宏說(shuō)，他們采用“機(jī)器換人”的智能車間，已經(jīng)成為國(guó)內(nèi)大型紡織企業(yè)的標(biāo)桿。

讓“龍頭”帶動(dòng)產(chǎn)業(yè)騰飛
在南紡集團(tuán)、新紡集團(tuán)等本土行業(yè)龍頭加速邁進(jìn)“智能時(shí)代”的同時(shí)，通過(guò)招商引資、承接產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移，南陽(yáng)紡織服裝產(chǎn)業(yè)也在不斷延伸上下游產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈條。目前，新野縣引進(jìn)的浙江羅蒙集團(tuán)高檔成衣生產(chǎn)線已投產(chǎn)，臥龍區(qū)引進(jìn)的溫州奧奔妮服飾年產(chǎn)500萬(wàn)條(件)褲衫的項(xiàng)目正式落地。

“從紡織到服裝，南陽(yáng)將建立起‘三衣兩褲’服裝制造企業(yè)聯(lián)盟，打造專業(yè)化分工協(xié)作、上下游密切協(xié)同的產(chǎn)業(yè)集群。”南陽(yáng)市工信委主任肖海友告訴記者，作為該市建設(shè)先進(jìn)制造業(yè)強(qiáng)市重大專項(xiàng)的核心集群之一，紡織服裝產(chǎn)業(yè)將打造成全國(guó)知名的高檔成衣生產(chǎn)基地。
2014年以來(lái)，南陽(yáng)市先后實(shí)施“五個(gè)一百”行動(dòng)計(jì)劃、龍騰計(jì)劃、重點(diǎn)工業(yè)企業(yè)培育計(jì)劃、“千百”億級(jí)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群培育工程、“中國(guó)制造2025”南陽(yáng)行動(dòng)等，推動(dòng)南陽(yáng)制造業(yè)向“智造”轉(zhuǎn)變，為先進(jìn)制造業(yè)加快發(fā)展積累了良好的基礎(chǔ)。

目前，宛城區(qū)新能源及裝備制造、新野縣紡織服裝、淅川縣汽車零部件、唐河縣裝備電子等4個(gè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群，已被納入全省重點(diǎn)培育的超百億元產(chǎn)業(yè)集群。從紡織服裝、高端裝備制造到電子信息、新能源產(chǎn)業(yè)，南陽(yáng)全力構(gòu)建市、縣區(qū)上下游銜接的區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈，已培育出16個(gè)“一縣一業(yè)”特色主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群。

打響“南陽(yáng)智造”品牌
淅減公司是淅川縣汽車零部件產(chǎn)業(yè)園的龍頭企業(yè)，這個(gè)從汽車減震器一小配件起家的企業(yè)，不但是德國(guó)奔馳戴姆勒、大眾和法國(guó)雪鐵龍集團(tuán)的供應(yīng)商，還為中國(guó)高鐵走向世界貢獻(xiàn)了必不可少的技術(shù)和部件。
如今，占據(jù)世界減震器技術(shù)制高點(diǎn)的淅減公司，帶動(dòng)了近百家汽車零部件企業(yè)落戶當(dāng)?shù)仄嚵悴考a(chǎn)業(yè)園，產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈產(chǎn)品已涵蓋汽車減震器、彈簧、輪轂等八大系列上千個(gè)品種，2016年行業(yè)總產(chǎn)值達(dá)90億元。
9月12日，南陽(yáng)市與安徽星凱龍客車有限公司新能源汽車整車項(xiàng)目簽約。從汽車零配件到成套部件再到整車，南陽(yáng)制造業(yè)正在實(shí)現(xiàn)以綠色能源為特色的“自主整車”夢(mèng)。
依托河南福森新能源、河南東雷鋰電等新能源電池龍頭企業(yè)，技術(shù)先進(jìn)、蓄能高、功率高且成本低的車用動(dòng)力電池，為綠色能源汽車提供著“能量核心”；河南宇通新能源積極研發(fā)純電及插電式專用車輛技術(shù)，正在形成整車驅(qū)動(dòng)、控制集成、智能駕駛的生產(chǎn)能力；而金冠電器搭建的便捷支付、組網(wǎng)運(yùn)營(yíng)的充電網(wǎng)絡(luò)，則為新能源汽車消費(fèi)市場(chǎng)插上“騰飛的翅膀”。
以汽車及新能源產(chǎn)業(yè)為代表，南陽(yáng)市全力推動(dòng)制造向“智造”轉(zhuǎn)型，著力加快制造業(yè)與信息技術(shù)深度融合，推動(dòng)制造業(yè)生產(chǎn)技術(shù)水平、智能化水平和核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力全面提升，向產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈高端環(huán)節(jié)瞄準(zhǔn)，向“智能制造”邁進(jìn)。
繪制五大產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈圖譜
南陽(yáng)市出臺(tái)《關(guān)于建設(shè)先進(jìn)制造業(yè)強(qiáng)市若干政策措施》提出，將聚焦高端裝備、電子信息、新能源、紡織服裝、生物醫(yī)藥等五大優(yōu)勢(shì)產(chǎn)業(yè)，圍繞產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈圖譜打造“市有千億、縣有百億”的特色產(chǎn)業(yè)集群。今年8月22日，成立先進(jìn)制造業(yè)集群培育基金。
到今年年底，按照預(yù)計(jì)水平南陽(yáng)規(guī)模以上制造業(yè)營(yíng)收將達(dá)3900億元，到2020年，這一數(shù)字將超過(guò)5500億元，裝備制造和紡織服裝業(yè)將躋身我省超千億產(chǎn)業(yè)集群行列。
屆時(shí)，亞洲最大的軸承生產(chǎn)基地、國(guó)內(nèi)最大的光電產(chǎn)業(yè)基地、特種裝備制造基地和中部最大的百億農(nóng)機(jī)裝備基地將成型，南陽(yáng)作為中部地區(qū)先進(jìn)制造業(yè)強(qiáng)市地位呼之欲出。
邁上新征程，南陽(yáng)經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)和跨越發(fā)展的定位更加明晰，向著以提高產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展質(zhì)量效益為中心，著力加快制造業(yè)和信息技術(shù)深度融合，全面提升經(jīng)濟(jì)生態(tài)的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力，實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展、產(chǎn)品升級(jí)和就業(yè)創(chuàng)業(yè)協(xié)調(diào)推進(jìn)。

一張膠片見證從制造到“智造”
長(zhǎng)度近300米的大型數(shù)碼印刷板材生產(chǎn)車間內(nèi)，見不到一個(gè)工人。位于生產(chǎn)線盡頭的另一間主控臺(tái)前，數(shù)字操控終端自動(dòng)顯示出各種數(shù)據(jù)，五六個(gè)工作人員只需通過(guò)屏幕，就能了解設(shè)備的運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)狀況，而生產(chǎn)則是完全自動(dòng)化進(jìn)行的。
