據(jù)了解，發(fā)改委日前發(fā)布政策，未來將統(tǒng)籌煤電與可再生能源電力發(fā)展，把防范化解煤電產(chǎn)能過剩風險與促進可再生能源電力有序發(fā)展有機結合，確保2020年全國投產(chǎn)煤電裝機控制在11億千瓦以內(nèi)。并且將統(tǒng)籌可再生能源電力開發(fā)建設與市場消納，在確保限電比例下降的前提下合理確定年度可再生能源電力新增建設規(guī)模。
