近日，由佛山機(jī)器人學(xué)院建設(shè)的首條全面展示工業(yè)4.0生產(chǎn)技術(shù)的示范線亦會在本屆博覽會上掀開面紗：一條U型的U盤生產(chǎn)線，被切分為一個個工序，正快速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，在“工業(yè)4.0”生產(chǎn)線中，工廠在接收到訂單信息后，將通過三維建模生成產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計模型；在進(jìn)入生產(chǎn)單元后，由中央生產(chǎn)線自動進(jìn)行產(chǎn)線規(guī)劃，根據(jù)訂單安排生產(chǎn)工位和材料等，一只機(jī)器臂精確的抓起材料，另一只機(jī)器臂則接過材料進(jìn)行內(nèi)部檢測，確認(rèn)無問題后，兩只機(jī)器臂靈活運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)進(jìn)行著快速加工……全程不過兩三分鐘。

盡管只是生產(chǎn)小小的U盤，這條示范線卻由訂單體驗中心、物流倉儲、機(jī)器裝配、個性定制、3D打印、注塑單元、檢測總裝及包裝貼標(biāo)等多個單元組成，運(yùn)用了工業(yè)機(jī)器人、3D打印、工業(yè)模擬仿真、無人搬運(yùn)機(jī)器人、生產(chǎn)制造執(zhí)行管理系統(tǒng)等先進(jìn)的生產(chǎn)要素。
該示范線實現(xiàn)智能3C產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)、裝配、定制、檢測、運(yùn)輸及倉儲的一體化，完美演繹了工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、產(chǎn)品小批量制造、虛擬現(xiàn)實及增強(qiáng)現(xiàn)實技術(shù)運(yùn)用，實現(xiàn)能耗跟蹤管理及生產(chǎn)過程數(shù)字化與信息化的完美結(jié)合。
