2017浦江創(chuàng)新論壇于22日至25日舉行。與會專家在物聯(lián)網(wǎng)與全球制造分論壇上表示,目前智能制造產(chǎn)業(yè)化轉(zhuǎn)型升級正有序推進,新一代信息技術(shù)已與制造業(yè)有效融合。與此同時,智能制造正促進產(chǎn)業(yè)形成新業(yè)態(tài)。

中國商飛上海飛機制造有限公司總工程師姜麗萍表示,虛擬現(xiàn)實技術(shù)的發(fā)展將進一步完善制造過程中的仿真技術(shù)、車間布局及人機工程分析等工作,實現(xiàn)虛擬化制造,可以最大程度縮短研制周期。

上海交通大學副校長奚立峰教授認為,智能制造已促進汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)在以下方面形成新業(yè)態(tài):一是以智能網(wǎng)聯(lián)的新技術(shù)拉動整車改革,包括一些新興零部件產(chǎn)業(yè)獲得突破。二是車聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,包括傳感器、通信技術(shù)、數(shù)據(jù)處理等技術(shù),使得信息系統(tǒng)更加實時、準確、安全、高效和智能,實現(xiàn)從互聯(lián)到網(wǎng)聯(lián)協(xié)同控制。三是汽車結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)生變化,從燃油汽車到電動車,技術(shù)升級給整個汽車行業(yè)帶來新機遇。
姜麗萍則認為,未來民機將在四方面實現(xiàn)轉(zhuǎn)變,一是新技術(shù)將飛機結(jié)構(gòu)整體化推向了新的可能。二是飛控系統(tǒng)的智能化。三是制造模式的轉(zhuǎn)變,即透明工廠。四是敏捷運維模式的轉(zhuǎn)變,以達到虛擬化的制造、專業(yè)化生產(chǎn)、敏捷化加工,柔性化裝備和透明化管理,提高資源的綜合利用率,并有效縮短研制周期。

此外,與會專家還普遍認為,智能制造的戰(zhàn)略落地是制造業(yè)在數(shù)字化、網(wǎng)絡(luò)化的基石上,融合包含人工智能等新一代創(chuàng)新信息技術(shù),實現(xiàn)“智能化”的轉(zhuǎn)型升級,而人才是轉(zhuǎn)型升級的關(guān)鍵因素之一。

中國機械工程學會科技咨詢委員會副主任、機械科學研究總院原副院長屈賢明認為,人才培育是最主要的保證,發(fā)展智能制造必須要有一支龐大的人才隊伍,各個企業(yè)首先要對領(lǐng)導干部培訓,再對技術(shù)骨干和管理骨干進行培訓,對實施數(shù)字化車間或工廠的企業(yè),要進行全員培訓。

同濟大學中德工程學院副院長、工業(yè)4.0智能工廠實驗室陳明主任則認為,智能工廠不是無人工廠,人才培養(yǎng)非常關(guān)鍵。數(shù)字化和網(wǎng)絡(luò)化使得技能勞動崗位減少多少,就會增加相應(yīng)的崗位。目前來看,增加的崗位會更多,如信息技術(shù)、數(shù)據(jù)分析、研發(fā)等崗位。
Chen Ming, deputy dean of the school of engineering at tongji university and director of the industrial 4.0 smart factory lab, believes that smart factories are not unattended and that talent cultivation is critical.
